Our initial meet and greet gives us an opportunity to gain a full understanding of your vision, personal style and taste. For our out of town clients, we happy to meet over Skype. The first meeting is not intended to be full design meeting but rather an information session on our company, pricing and of course, an opportunity for you to visit our beautiful showroom. Should you want a more design focused experience, the disclosure of your total budget is required to offer creative input within your budget structure. Should you decide to solidify your date with us, we will require a signed a copy of our contract, and have you leave a deposit with us.
As a booked client, your second meeting is recommended to be between five to six months before your big day. This meeting will allow us to discuss in full detail, colour palette, style, and theme, you would like to see represented at your event. While some clients prefer that we replicate an existing design, we are always happy to offer our creative input. As your designer, we are here to create a space where colours, textures, lighting, sounds, and ambiance work together to create a memorable evening for both you and your guests. Custom designs can be explored, discussed and quoted at this time.
Our final appointment take place approximately three weeks before your big day. (Some of our more detailed projects may require additional time together). This appointment is to make any last minute changes or revisions to your order and finalize all final details.
